Nominations for posts on the IBM Club Warwick Committee must clearly state the proposer and seconder, each of whom must sign and date the proposal form, and must be submitted with the nominee's consent. Nominees, proposers and seconders must be Employee or Retiree members of the IBM Club.

If you are applying for an Officer Post (Chairman, Vice Chairman, Treasurer, Deputy Treasurer, Secretary or Deputy Secretary) and do not get elected, it will be assumed that you wish to carry forward an application for election as a Committee Member unless you indicate otherwise by marking the box below:
