Warwick Castle Fireworks

Warwick Club has reserved 250 tickets for Warwick Castle Fireworks at Warwick Castle.

Tickets are 16.00 for Warwick Club members, their spouse/partner, and dependent children under 18. Tickets may also be purchased at cost for guests (subject to availability of places) for 22.00 . Full price for these tickets would normally be 22.00 .

Please contact the organiser, Andy Smith, for tickets. Please remember to give your personnel/retiree number, and state how many tickets you would like, and who each ticket which you request at member price is for, their age and relationship to you.

Grand Summer Concert with Fireworks 2001 Relax in the landscaped grounds of Warwick Castle alongside the picturesque River Avon for an evening of magnificent fireworks and classical music. The 2001 Grand Summer Concert will feature the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra returning for a fifth appearance at this famous annual concert. The Orchestra will perform under Sakari Oramo as Music Director of the CBSO. With a Shakespearean theme, the evening will begin with Nicolai's Overture - The Merry Wives of Windsor, continuing with Vaughan Williams' arrangement of the haunting melody Greensleeves and Prokofiev's string Montagues and Capulets which will all make for an entertaining evening. The theme of the Bard continues throughout the evening, culminating in a magnificent finale with spectacular fireworks. Gates will open at 6.30pm. Concert starts at 8.15pm. Before the concert and during the interval a variety of Castle Characters will entertain you. The concert is located within the Castle grounds on the tree-lined lawn of Pageant Field. Picnicking is welcomed and refreshments will also be available. Individual barbecues, gazebos and other tent-like structures are not permitted. Seating is not provided, please bring your own.
