Grand Summer Concert

Warwick Club has reserved 198 tickets for Grand Summer Concert at Warwick Castle.

Tickets are 18.00 (14.00 for children) for Warwick Club members, their spouse/partner, and dependent children under 18. Tickets may also be purchased at cost for guests (subject to availability of places) for 23.00 (23.00 for children) . Full price for these tickets would normally be 23.00 (23.00 for children) .

Please contact the organiser, Andy Smith, for tickets. Please remember to give your personnel/retiree number, and state how many tickets you would like, and who each ticket which you request at member price is for, their age and relationship to you.

Grand Summer Concert with Fireworks 2002 Relax in the landscaped grounds of Warwick Castle alongside the picturesque River Avon for an evening of magnificent fireworks and classical music. The 2002 Grand Summer Concert will feature the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra returning for a sixth appearance at this famous annual concert. The Orchestra will perform under the direction of Paul Mann. The programme will include a variety of well known music including stirring peices from Walton and Gershwin. The climax of the evening's performance will include captivating pieces from Holst's Planets Suite, accompanied by a display of hundreds of fireworks. Gates will open at 6.30pm. Concert starts at 8.15pm. The concert is located within the Castle grounds on the tree-lined lawn of Pageant Field. Picnicking is welcomed and refreshments will also be available. Individual barbecues, gazebos and other tent-like structures are not permitted. Seating is not provided, please bring your own.
