Global Gathering

Warwick Club has reserved 42 tickets for Global Gathering at Long Marston Airfield.

Tickets are 32.50 for Warwick Club members, their spouse/partner, and dependent children under 18. Tickets may also be purchased at cost for guests (subject to availability of places) for 48.50 . Full price for these tickets would normally be 49.50 .

Please contact the organiser, Colin Chapman, for tickets. Please remember to give your personnel/retiree number, and state how many tickets you would like, and who each ticket which you request at member price is for, their age and relationship to you.

The organisers will not allow entry to people under the age of 18. Members : 32.50 Non members : 48.50 (Public Price 45.00 + 4:50 Booking Fee) Please reply to this e-mail with details of your ticket requirements, including your IBM Club membership number. All requests for tickets must state clearly who any additional tickets are for and their relationship to the IBM Club Member - this is very important!! Tickets will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis - in the order in which I receive cheques made payable to IBM Club Warwick with a self-addressed envelope, (either internal address or, if stamped, your external address) The event is nearly sold out and the organiser has only agreed to hold tickets until the end of next week. Please reply and post your cheques to me as soon as possible. I will close the event for bookings on Friday June 27th.
